Terms of Service

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below and to follow them.

◈ As the artist, I reserve the right of declining your petition if I don't feel like drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way to me or other artists.◈ I also retain the copyright of the commissioned artwork, warranting I reserve the right to use, publish, livestream and record the commissioned artwork and its process.◈ I will work as best as I can, but the client is the one that has to make sure that whatever they order is suitable for my style so you can avoid any dissatisfaction in the future. Please provide neat references and clear descriptions.◈ If commissioned for fanart of an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to sell the artwork at any given point, such as prints or in art books.

By agreeing to these terms of service the client promises not to request any Paypal chargeback.Doing such thing would retract your right to anything I have ever made for you, as well as being blocked and blacklisted publicly for others to watch out for.

Payment & Refunds

◈ Payments must be full or partial (50%) and upfront, through Paypal invoices only and in EUR. In the case of partial payment, the other 50% will be paid right before I send the finished artwork.◈ The buyer pays the service charge (since it’s an international payment it is calculated by a certain %, meaning the charge can go up to 5~10€ and sometimes more).

◈ I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on your commission. Once I have started the sketch I can refund 50% of the payment (there will be no refunds if the payment has been made partially). Once I reach past the sketch stage there will be no refunds.

Commission Process

◈ Please provide as many visual references as possible, the more references, the better the result. If there’s anything specific you want to see in the picture, add that too.I will not take a commission without visual references, I don't do character design commissions at the moment.

◈ After I send you the initial sketch, make sure to check everything carefully and let me know if anything should be changed.◈ During the sketch stage, I will accept a maximum of 3 important changes (Such as an outfit addition or subtraction, pose change, background, or anything that makes me have to redraw parts of the picture). After the 3rd change, I have the right to charge you an extra fee per change.◈ Once the picture is past the sketching stage, I can do small changes for free such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten. Any bigger changes will come with an extra fee.

◈ I will try to finish your commission ASAP, however, please be patient with me. The estimated waiting time is 1-2 months from the moment I start working on your illustration. If you have ordered more than one illustration or something very complex, the waiting time will increase. Send me a message whenever you want a status update.◈ I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.◈ If you need your commission to be finished by a certain date (for example; the commission is a birthday present for someone) you must state it in the form. Extra fees may be charged due to giving your commission priority.
